The farmhouse
cottage is two storeys and comprises of a large kitchen diner
with a large wood burning stove as its main feature set inside
a brick fire surround. The kitchen facilities have been kept
as original as possible with the old original enamelled sink
still in place, the kitchen units however and cooker are fairly
modern.
To the side is the family
bedroom & the large adjoining lounge is comfortably furnished,
with a quality leather suite, dark brown parquet floor and
ample furniture plus there is also a double sofa-bed. This
leads into the bathroom comprises of separate toilet, bath
with shower attachment & fixed shower screen, sink and
bidet.
The stairs at the side of the lounge lead to a landing with
two restored bedrooms off, 19ft x 9ft and 15ft x 14ft. These
two bedrooms both have exposed wooden flooring. The first
overlooks the courtyard and gardens and the other overlooks
the road at the front of the property. We also have a new
separate shower room and toilet adjacent upstairs.
